Shipping

All items will be sent by Australia Post - Parcel Post, with tracking.

International orders will be sent via Australia Post Standard Mail. International Shipping charges do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. the responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees rest solely with the customer.

Delivery Times

We do try our very best to get items to you as quickly as we can.

Art Prints are printed to order. Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for prints and 4-6 weeks for framing/canvas, plus the standard Australia Post delivery times.

Please make sure you provide a secure delivery address as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Pattern License Design files are emailed within 48 hours of signed contract.

Please allow extra time for delivery around the Holiday period as postage often takes longer this time of year.

Returns and Exchanges

We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer returns for changes of mind so please make your selection carefully.

Refunds are only available on faulty items. Each item is carefully inspected prior to postage, therefore should not arrive faulty. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us via email at hello@siandowneydesigns.com.au within 7 days of receiving item.

Please take care when opening your package, especially if using a sharp letter opener.
